How do you make happy memories during this quarantine time? There are so many ways we can make this experience as positive as possible. Look at some of the examples that I wrote down on my notepad.
Besides reading, I also think it's so important to write. Journaling is a free way to express your feelings. Find an old notepad or scrap sheets of paper lying around in the house and just draw and write down your emotions. My journal today is titled, "How to Make Happy Memories During This Time."
